FIRST STEPS TO PRESENTING THE GOSPEL
It
would be so easy just to say the gospel has been preached to the nation
of Mexico, so let’s move on to a less dangerous place. The reality is
we can never stop taking the gospel to places where the evidence shows
that no evangelical Christians have ever lived there. Many times we go,
preach, and give witness, and some say yes to Jesus. When we return
home we aren’t ever sure about the reality of their profession. That
was the case with this Huichol woman and her husband. It was one of
those God moments when they came to the door of the church looking for
food and received living water as well. It was not until two years
later that I receive a report from a young jewelry maker, Tlalo, who was
discipleing this family. He reported they had found work locally and
were faithful members of a weekly Bible study and growing in their
faith.
On September 27th through October 6th two American teams will be working in the communities near Guadalajara, MX to reach people just like these. The Huichol people are considered to be unreached with the Gospel. We will be working in a colonia were many Huichol people live and search for steady work. They are outside their culture and the comfortable surroundings of the isolated villages they have grown up in. We believe they are more willing to listen and seek God while here in the City and God will raise up some that will go back to tell others and possibly open doors for CrossVision evangelical teams to one day plant churches among these people.
Our Partners and those who will lead the discipleship of all new believers is Pastor Omar R Segura and his church, Roca Fuerte. I want to ask each of you to please began to pray for these evangelical teams and this church as we preach the gospel in the homes and communities where God has appointed.

Preparing families to serve together?
For the past 11 years we have had the privilege of serving God together as his Family. There are so many ways that God blesses my life and this ministry. I could not even begin to list them all.
I do want you to know that, I receive more testimonies of life changing experiences from the Family mission; we take each Christmas, than from any other ministry we are a part of.
Please start praying for these families and this tremendous event that will take place between December 27th and December 31st. We will once again be serving in two cities, Acuna with Luis Martinez and Athuro Javier Cruz and other area churches as well as in Piedras Negras with Primera Iglesia Bautista and Pastor Israel Rodriguez and several other area churches.

Please join me and make it a priority of your daily prayer life to ask God to guide our steps. Please pray for the Lord of the harvest to call out faithful workers and to provide the much needed financial support that we might continue to carry the Gospel to many forgotten people groups.
